Dubuque Community School District Special Election

The Special Election is to renew the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy or PPEL and fill a vacancy on the Board. Only Voters in Dubuque Community School District are eligible to vote in this election.
On Election Day, September 8, 2026, voters in the School District can vote at any of the vote centers. Each vote center is open from 7 am to 8 pm. Polling locations, precinct maps and sample ballots are available online once ballots are approved.
